My name is Angshuman Dalal and I am here to fundraise for my self.

I'm 34 years old and is residing in Kolkata, West Bengal. I had my left leg amputation   back in 2002 due to osteogenic sarcoma (a rare type cancer) for which I started to walk  on  artificial prosthesis. Since 2013 I am using pneumatic joint prosthesis  from Ottobock - a worldwide leading prosthesis company from Germany. 

Due high mobility in my daily life my prosthesis require servicing in every 6-7 years along with alteration of few parts of my prosthesis. The expense is very high  which costs around INR.80,000.00.

Please note that currently I am working in a banking and financial services company . The medical insurance company provider of my employer does not provide any reimbursement for the maintenance of my prosthesis. In such scenario I have to go for a fundraising to bear my expense.
