My name is Akash and i am here to fundraise for my elder brother, Ananthu 23 year old.He was a third year B.tech instrumentation student .while preparing for an engineering project in connection with his college exhibition,he met with a tragic accident on 3rd february 2016 and still remains in an unconscious and paralysed condition .While he was lifting the tent housing for the exhibition purpose by him for being carried to the exhibition site,it came into contact with high voltage electric wire(11.KV line)and he sustained severe electric shock.He was rushed to the nearby hospital by the college authorities.But it was learnt that since oxygen supply to the brain was discontinued,he became unconscious and paralysed.A series of treatment were given at various hospital viz.Muthoot hospital,pathanamthitta,Amritha institute of medical science,edapally,C.M.C vellore (Tamil  nadu)and believers hospital,thiruvalla.But no remarkable progress was seen.Presently he is undergoing treatment at Govt.Ayurveda College Hospital,Puthiyakavu,Tripunithara,ernakulam(dist)for last 6 months.A team of doctors under the leadership of Dr Abdul shukkoor M.D,proffessor and HOD Dept.of salyatantra treat him and slight progress is noticed.Total expenditure for this treatmenthas crossed 80,00,000/-(eighty lakh).My father an employee in the private sector has retired.My mother is a house wife.I am currently doing my B.Sc in Computer science and now we are living in a rental house.Our family has no other source of income and is under great financial stress.We find it difficult to continue Ananthu's treatment.So please come forward to help me save my brother.Any contribution will immensely help my family.
