Ananthanarayanan, aged 46 is from Velikkad village, Palakkad District, Kerala. 3 years back he was suffering from Pneumonia and underwent treatment. However, it became worse and affected the brain and lungs. Soon he lost his hearing capacity and slowly started loosing his eyesight as well. Currently he is undergoing treatment under Dr.Binoy J Paul in KMCT Medical College, Mukkam. He was the sole breadwinner of the family. His wife, Divya is also a heart patient and hasn't gone through any treatment yet after her husband was fallen ill. He has two children aged 13 and 3 respectively. As per Dr. Binoy, Ananthanarayanan has to undergo a surgery with immediate effect which will cost around Rs10lakhs and he should take an injection which costs Rs40000 in every six months. They are struggling to raise money for the treatment. Their house is already in debt and is living in a friend's house right now.
