My name is Rahmathulla and I am here to raise funds for my cousin Amjad who is 37 years old. Amjad lives in Shivamogga, Karnataka with his spouse & children. he is currently seeking out a suitable job.

To make a living, his mother working as Daily wage labour and his father is handicapped. Amjad is suffering from Hepatitis b related chronic liver disease from a few days.

He is currently admitted and receiving ICU Care at Victoria hospital, Bengaluru, Karnataka. Until now, we've spent about Rs. 60000.
