Akash Harijan a.k.a Suraj, aged about 27 years, is a resident of Bud Bud in Burdwan district of West-Bengal state in India.
He is a very gentle, kind hearted, helpful, selfless and happy-go-lucky man. It is very hard to find a single person who knows him but cannot praise him for the way he is as a person.
He is so generous and helpful that far and distant acquaintance also remember him due to his such a lovely heart and simple living.
He is the senior most bread earning member of his family and from very young age has the sole responsibility to support and look after his mother, one younger brother and newly married wife. He lost his father when he was 5 years old. He loves his mother very much.
He has helped so many people in his life, but today even with our best efforts we are not fully able to help him back. We are struggling to provide him the minimum facility to keep his heart pumping.
He is suffering from deadly tuberculous meningitis(TBM) and is on ventilator for last 10 days with very little progress and struggling very badly for his life. We need financial assistance to keep this battle for life going on for some more time, so that we can get him back from ventilator support.
