My introduction : -
My name is Ajay Singh Rajput, I am a resident of Itarsi taluka located in Hoshangabad district of Madhya Pradesh. After studying at Government Betul Polytechnic College, MP, I obtained a diploma in mechanical engineering.
A few years worked in various companies and institutions.
Campaign information :-
For the past few years, I have been watching my area surrounded by water crisis. This situation is not only in my city, but in the whole country. The only way to emerge from this crisis is to make maximum plantations and improve the water level of the land. In this way, we made many big efforts in this direction even before, but all efforts were partial.
Last 120 days ago, along with some of my comrades, I started making full-time efforts towards water harvesting and promotion.
Starting a campaign from our own city, formed a WhatsApp group on 10 May 2019 with a few companions. Calling to join people through social media.
Between 12 May 2019 and 17 May 2019, a close survey of various places of the city was carried out with colleagues.
The condition of ponds and wells in the city was very bad in the survey.
Our goal is to bring public awareness for water conservation and water conservation through this campaign. The first chapter of the campaign started from Itarsi taluka. In the Itarsi chapter we decided to set up 2 lakh sqft Roof Catchment Area Water Harvesting Unit, including deepening of 1 pond, planting 300 plants, cleaning and deepening 30 wells.
They have deepened the pond located in the Kheda area of Itarsi. From May till now planted 300 saplings. Inspired people to install water harvesting unit. So far, water harvesting units have been installed in more than 2 lakh square feet catchment area.
The list of wells that are poor are made and they have to be cleaned and deepened so that the next year more and more water accumulates. People do not throw garbage in the wells and make it a garbage house. For this, there are plans to cover them which will require capital.
Along with the continuous work on the campaign, we are trying to make it a registered organization.
Our efforts are continuing in this direction so that the water level of the area does not go down. Contribution is necessary for pure and adequate drinking water to be available to the people.
An amount of 15 lakhs will help us in giving better results.
These are our first efforts to raise funds to cooperate.

Where will we use the amount of cooperation received through reconciliation?
In order to prevent soil erosion from the overflow water of the Kheda pond, the raw sail has to be strengthened.
In which the amount spent is about ₹ 3,75,000 / -
Around 100 saplings including tree guards will be planted around the pond, on which an expenditure of ₹ 1,10,000 / - is estimated.
The expenditure of skilled personnel in cleaning 1 well is about ₹ 15000 / -, therefore, the amount of about 4,50,000 / - will be spent in cleaning and deepening 30 wells.
Irons or cement caps have to be put on the wells to prevent the wells from coming back to garbage houses . Whoseestimated cost is ₹ 1,25,000 / -.
