Infact the education in India has not been very well. The condition of education in rural India  is still a very poor condition.
Jharkhand is a state of India .It is full mineral resources but the people of jharkhand still poor and illiterate more than national average.
Various steps taken by the government for betterment of rural area of jharkhand .for example sarv siksha abhiyan ,angadbadi kendra for underprivileged children of village.which provides underprivileged children for food, books, dress, bicycle, scholarship. But still students of government and private school of village didn't read, write and mathematical operations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division etc upto class 8.
However ,the percentage of students enrolling in private schools in jharkhand is only 17.4%.which is half of the national average 30.5%.
-Similarly the rate of children who do not go to school or have dropped out is very higher than the national average.
- Around students of class ¡¡ Can read a paragraph.
- 36.4% children of class v can read a story.
- As far as arithmetic is concerned, around 12.54% students can do subtraction or other mathematical operations.
- Around 23.5% of class five rural jharkhand students can do division while the national average stands at 25.9%

While I visiting village in the holiday always think about the bad condition of education in rural area of jharkhand.
The requirements and resources is very limited in village .In cities or urban areas the facilities and carrier options more than village.
Resources in village are negligible or very limited. Most of the students get education from government school .There is no facilities of library, smart classes, laboratory etc.Teachers students ratio is very high in other side cities schools have more facilities.
Result-Students of std -6 -8 -9-10  are not able to read, write, mathematical calculations properly. In school lack of basic facilities the students are suffering various problems and dropped rate is increase.Students have no any interest in their study. Most of the students passing from government school are not get a good job and these children create problems for society.

To end this endless problems AJAY KUMAR PATEL graduated from Ranchi university .Successful in various government examination started Teaching, mentoring in village children with the campaign"Teach for village".I started with 5 underprivileged village children and now I am teaching more than 50 students. I guide them in reading, writing, mental ability, logical reasoning ,moral values etc.
The numbers of children increases but lack of resources I can't help ,teach, and guide them properly.
So for betterment of underprivileged children village I want to build up a library. Our Teach For Village campaign is currently working in Mundro village Bagodar district Giridih of jharkhand state.
I want to guide and teach them through activities based and technology based.

But all this is not possible without the help of society. All the great changes come by contribution of the society and people.Only with the hands we can give a better future to the underprivileged village children of society.
We want to provide computer education ,navoday entrance and competitive exams.
