The Collective Consciousness (a registered non-profit public charitable trust under Bangalore jurisdiction in 2020) is a movement founded in the privilege of those with access to disproportionate opportunities in human capital development. The movement envisages the desired revolution that leverages this privilege to create an egalitarian living for the deserving. The Collective Consciousness will eventually strive for empowerment and an overall paradigm shift that's cross-sectoral in the global development landscape.

Devi, an initiative of The Collective Consciousness aims to lift the veil of silence around menstrual health and hygiene in India. We are a team of dedicated individuals that seek to address the critical menstrual health challenges to overcome the barriers to the overall development and well-being by leveraging digital technology. Devi targets adolescent pre-pubertal and pubertal beneficiaries from government, government-aided, and low-income private schools, within the age group of 10-15 years (class 5 to class 10).

While working with schools we realized that there exists a gap in the system. There are quite a few NGOs working distributing pad distribution, however, orphanages are often neglected in this process. We don't believe in period poverty. Each girl is entitled to period privilege. There are 1250 orphanages across Bangalore with around 9000 girls that lack access to hygienic menstrual products. 9/10 orphanages plead for our support in creating access to safe and sustainable menstrual hygiene tools.
