           Hi Myself Durga Prasad, I am here to raise funds Adithya.Please help a poor father (Chandra Shekar) to save his 10 years old son Adithya Durga Sai who is suffering from END STAGE HEART FAILURE(CHF) and he is admitted in MGM Hospital, Chennai. As per Hospital estimation on the day of admission, the total estimated cost is around 25 Lakhs. So far, they managed to arrange 4 lakhs through various sources. They also tried applying for CMRF (CM Relief Fund) which is yet to be confirmed. A humble request to everyone to please come forward and donate to save this 10 years old child.
