As kids, we all drew two mountains with the rising sun of hope. Coming from a small town choosing art as a career was a tough decision because there was a rat race of ordinary living but somehow with the support of my family I was able to keep the creative child alive till I graduated. I have seen the lack of awareness of arts and their significance in my society and I truly believe in the magic that art holds. I want to work more towards that by not just painting issues but by studying them from a global perspective. Hence, I applied for my Master's degree in The United Kingdom and received an unconditional offer letter from the prestigious University of Reading, near London based on my work and interview. I was delighted with the offer and applied for a scholarship but unfortunately, I wasn't selected. Unfortunately, as a member of India's middle class, we don't have enough to place as collateral to qualify for a bank loan. I'm an artist not just with art but with the hope to bring change in the way people look at art. After completion of my course, I will be trying my artistry in the field of the public sector to encourage art education in India and empower mental health and other health issues, I aspire to work with World health Organization by tackling issues through art.
