Abhiraj is two year old and he leaves in a village in Hazaribag , Jharkhand.  He has been suffering from 100% hearing loss since his birth . He can neither hear nor speak . He is being treated at Gangaram hospital New Delhi . He needs 'Cochlear implant' in his ear to over come hearing loss. The treatment will cost 16 lacs INR.
