Mr Abdul Latief Wani, a resident of a rural village of Jammu and Kashmir state, is bedridden from the past eight months. Mr Latief is suffering from the deadly Chronic Kidney Disease. 
Mr Latief has a small family having two daughters,both studying in 12th standard, and a little kid who is in 8th standard. Besides, his wife is a Homemaker.
He is the only person in family who earns the Bread and the Butter. He is quite weak financially. All his earnings would go into the daily requirements of his family. It was 8-9 months back when he discovered this kidney failure. Both his kidneys are damaged. Kidney transplant is the only option left for him. Without any savings left in his bank account, he is unable to withstand the Medical Bills for the treatment of the disease which he is suffering from. And Doctors are demanding a huge chunk of money (not less than 30 lacs) to transplant kidneys. The locals around the village have also contributed but still it is quite low to meet the required amount.
