Risha and Sonee are running the Bengaluru 10K on 9th July 2017 to help DESIRE society meet the nutritional requirements of HIV/AIDS infected and affected kids.
Madan, the youngest kid at the care home (2 years old) , today, is as playful as any other kid. Before coming to DESIRE society, Madan was an extremely weak and feeble child. A good nutritional support, training and care has led Madan to become a cynosure of the care home.
100 similar kids in communities in Ramanagara and Mandya district are supported by the organisation. These kids are waiting for supplementary nutrition support. With your support, nutrition kits would reach the kids and these kids would be able to live the life they deserve.
DESIRE Society is a non-profit voluntary organization working for health development and well being of children living with HIV/AIDS in India. In the Bangalore care home a total of 34 children are there. These children are orphans and are HIV+.

The nutritional kit per child costs Rs.1000/- per month.
