PLEASE HELP MY SON UNDERGO BONE MARROW TRANSPLANT FOR THALESSEMIA

Am a widow , who lost her husband about 10 years ago (2007). My Son Mihir who hasn’t seen his father was born with a rare genetic disorder called Thalassemia. It is a condition in which the body is unable to produce hemoglobin and hence requires blood transfusion every 3-4 weeks, lifelong. The only cure for this disorder is Bone Marrow Transplantation (BMT) from a fully matched donor
After years of searching I have finally found a fully matched unrelated donor from a donor registry. The total cost of BMT would be 30 lakhs (approx USD 47,000), if everything goes well. But in case of complications it may easily shoot up to 45-50 lakhs (USD 69000 - 77000). The treatment needs to happen immediately for him to survive.
My Elder Son was also diagnosed with Thalassemia , but due to my financial condition and lack of fully matched donor, I could not save him. That guilt and loss will never leave me. Please help me save my last hope and the my only reason to live......Have lost everything in this life and won’t be able to bear one more.
Am working in a pvt firm and have tried to ensure a life of dignity to my child (and my elder son while he was alive) but the amount required for him to survive is beyond my reach. Please do help me save my son and/or atleast this share this message to anyone who you think can help. A mother’s good wishes will always be with you

Dear Supporters ,
Master Mihir Banerjee underwent the stem cell transplant on June 2018. He was doing well post transplant and was on routine follow up with the team of doctors.
Unfortunately, he had fever and altered sensorium on 7th of December 2019. He was in Septic shock (Hypotension) and required admission in PICU. He was found to have brain infarct (stroke) and gradually had multi organ dysfunction too. He is admitted in the PICU for the past few days and has shown some improvement.
His blood pressure has stabilized and his cardiac and renal parameters also has improved. Fever spikes are still continuing and he still need ventilator support. He has also dedveloped neorological deficit with left sided weakness. We anticipate a prolonged PICU stay with other supportive measures. He has an excellent chance of recovery.
Attaching a letter from the hospital also explaining his health.
