Nav Srijan Society works for the betterment of society, highly devoted to Educational Development and safety of Environment. The pollution level of Delhi is increasing every day and on top of that a new problem rises in the form of Smog. People have to wear masks to save themselves from getting several Lung Diseases and other harmful effects. Only a few are aware about how this might affect them and their children. And most people living in the outskirts of Delhi aren't even aware of what they are going through, in our survey we saw many cases of Cough and eye infections among Children, and their parents weren't aware what caused it. And not only that, people aren't stopping their activities that causes pollution. In such a critical time, everyone must stop all such deeds, we in a week's survey came across more than 100 such events, most of these were the burning of waste and garbage.
So, Nav Srijan Society has taken the initiative of awaring people not only about the threats they face, also about the precautions they should take and keep in mind. A marathon is being organised and more than 10,000 people are going to participate in the marathon. About 500 volunteers will help to make the event successful and run things smoothly.
The funds raised here will be used for following :-

• Rewards (Certificates for everyone, and Prize for winners)
• Refreshments
• Water
• T-Shirts (For participants, so that the message keep living even after the event)
• Volunteer Shirts (So that they can be identified among the crowd in case someone needs their help)
• Advertisement (Social Media, Posters, Hoardings, Billboards, Handouts, Newspapers)
• Necessary equipments for the Marathon
• Stage (Need a platform to speak and communicate with people)
• Many miscellaneous expenditures (Paint for indicating track, cones, speakers, whistles etc.)

The event is happening on 28th January of 2018.
