My name is Santhosh Nayak and I am here to fundraise for my 6 year old son , Puurav Santhosh. He is diagnosed with Relapsed Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia and the only treatment available for his is Chemotherapy and eventually a Bone Marrow Transplant. He is getting treated in NH Hospital in Bangalore for the same. The total estimated cost for both Chemotherapy and BMT is coming around Rs. 32 lacs.

I come from a middle class family and I am in no position to arrange such a huge amount in such short period of time. I appeal to all kind donors to come forward and support my kid.
