Gurubhal is a young taxi driver living in Mumbai. I met him when I was on my own rounds meeting doctor.  He is suffering from a serious spine condition which needs urgent surgery next week in Pune. In absence of this critical surgery there is great possibility that his nerves may get permanently damaged and he will suffer from possible paralysis . He comes from rural Maharashtra and his family depends completely on him. I was able to get him  connected to the right doctors and able to ensure that he had access to the right advise, the final treatment recommended by all is a surgery.
