Justice for a victim of racism in USA

Story

I am a student from India who was studying in USA. While I was a Master's student in the University of Texas, Brownsville, I was regularly hazed, sexually harassed and assaulted by a student from Sri Lanka. When I complained to the college, they initially took it seriously, but when they realized a people from their own ethnicity would get compromised, they made a U turn, shut the case up without conducting a proper investigation and exonerated my assailant. I was now a victim of "Racial favoritism".

Since then I have been suffering from a condition called Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Even the police in Brownsville acted in a suspicious manner and denied me a "U Visa". You can see this video for details.
.

I have tried to get the story out in the US media but with no success. Even the Indian community in USA didnt help me much, except the editor of an Indian community Newspaper (Indian Panorama). I managed to earn my Masters from another college and enrolled in City University of New York for my PhD. However the PTSD relapsed and I could not continue anymore with my PhD. I asked the college for a "medical leave of absence" and came back to India and wrote a FREE eBook called "Spoilt Past, Future Tense", which is available for FREE download on Smashwords.

Even after writing the eBook I could not popularize the story. I approached multiple Indian TV channels (by email and in person in Delhi) to help, but no one bothered. Ultimately I came to know that there are certain TV programs where you have have your interview taken, for a price. Also for a hefty price tag, one can conduct a Press Conference, inviting all reporters. That seems to be the only way left with which to bring this story of racism into the media.

Rs. 25,000 = Paid TV interview
Rs. 65,000 = Press Conference in Press Club (or hotel) in Delhi.

So please help me raise the fees of these two activities and together we can bring this story out to the mainstream. Please remember that we Indians are the second biggest foreign student contingent in USA and since the coming of Trump, the incidents of racism are going up by the day. My story can serve notice, that this sort of drama cannot go on any more, and we will stand by one another.

I shall provide proof of expenditure of both the expenses I listed and any extra money raised will go for the cause of Indian citizens abroad (eg - launching a message board or internet forum for all NRI Indians and Indian associations, which will highlight such issues immediately)

I strongly believe such stories about racial discrimination must reach the larger audience.
