DONATE FOR SHRADDHA , PARADISE FOR SENIOR CITIZENS

In the year 2009 few like-minded local residents who have got lots of love in their hearts for human beings , strong determination to do something good for the society assembled together and decided to go ahead with some good mission. Critical evaluation in the light of urgent needs of surrounding habitants prompted the ever agile group to serve the helpless senior citizens of the surrounding areas by founding old age home , arranging free health camps for the aged people , making free education available to the needy children , imparting vocational training to the local youths and making local people aware of importance of environment protection.

In April ,2012 , the Institution has been newly formed as a Charitable Trust in the name " SUNDARBAN NIRMAL PARIBESH MISSION (SNPM) JULY 2013 , Two Bighas of land were purchased at chunaripota, Muragachha, kalikapur, Sonapur, South 24 pagans. W.B. Sundarban Nirmal Paribesh Mission is the leading integrated social service provider for health care, education for the poor and needy rural people, providing street lights in the village road, plantation on both side of the village road for environmental protection, free coaching classes for the poor and needy students and lastly Old Age Home for the destitute and the helpless Senior citizens.

Now with the construction in its last leg, the trust faces a severe shortage of funds. Even in the face of such a crisis, the trust is reaching all out to the poor and destitute community with social initiatives such as organising health camps and distribution of tiffin and stationary amongst the poor students. Such is the mission of the 10 trustees who themselves are retired personnel. They are squeezing every ounce of their own resources, time and energy to make this 64 bed old age home a pulsating reality.

A medical camp has been arranged by " Sundarban Nirmal Paribesh Mission",  a charitable trust at it's City Office regarding orthopaedic problem especially " Knee Problem" which is a burning medical issue. We were lucky enough to get Dr. Raj Kanna, Orthopedic Specialist/ a knee replacement expert from Chennai, a young and latest technology conversant to give his valuable advice to get rid of knee pain through exercises, lifestyle, medicine and at the extreme by knee replacement.

Every humanistic endeavour incubates and takes shape at the local community level. So its the responsibility of society at large to support these initiatives because each life is connected to the other. There is actually o development if a certain section languishes back and suffers.

Please Donate With Your Heart, Every Penny Collected Will Go Towards offering a secure shelter and care to the abandoned nd neglected old people.
