I was working as a driver for an Arabian family in Dubai since last 20 years. On 2nd Feb 2018 I had an episode of gastritis for which I took 3 tablets from the pharmacy and the same night my body started to swell  and I fell unconscious following which I was taken to the nearby government hospital various scannings were performed, later the doctor confirmed that my both kidneys were not functioning and I was admitted in the hospital for about 1 weeks. He then advised me to continue the treatment in my hometown. As per doctor's advice I came down to Trissur and is under the treetment for the same by Dr John who's a nephrologist in jublee mission hospital. A month back he advised me to undergo immediate kidney transplantation and it cost around 30 lacks. Presently I am undergoing dialysis twice a week. The expenditure of undergoing one dialysis alone with transportation costs me around Rs.3500 . But I'm supposed to be undergoing 8 dialysis a month and I'm not able to afford the expenditure for the same. Due to financial issues till now I was able to follow up the treatment with the help of few relatives and neighbors. So I humbly request you to help me for the same through your welfare organization.
