Hi my name is shashank and I am suffering with liver desease and need transplant my treatment is undergoing in ILBS HOSPITAL  New Delhi Dr. A.K Chaudhary has advised me for transplant I am a iv class employee in Gov. Job and my department is not funding me for transplant in advance estimates for transplant is 19 lakh approx. and after diagnosis and evaluation I am not having funds to continue my treatment so kindly help
