Shalini Adhlakha is my sister in law, she was living her life happily but all of a sudden she start feeling some medical issues. After complete diagnosis we found that her both kidneys are getting damaged ! now she is on regular dialysis (twice per week). Doctors have advised for kidney replacement on priority. Currently we need a donar as well as financial support to handle this medical urgency. she is having bright , intelligent daughter & son.
