I am Baskaran, Peravurani is my hometown, working in Chennai.

Peravurani had the eye of hurricane Gaja pass through it, past week. Losses were in historic proportions. Livelihood of everyone is under question, right now and will be for the next few years.

We have farms to up and running as soon as possible. The Government relief fund takes time to reach them. For the meantime, they have to run their day-to-day life.

Our community doing our best to bring things to normal but our best isn't enough.

We require funds to buy

1. Chainsaws, to clear the fallen trees

2. Tarpaulins, to cover up damaged roofs and make temporary shelter

3. Medicines, Mosquito repellents and nets etc.,

Kindly support with whatever you can, to rebuild our neighborhood.
