Sunil Charya is a Bangalore based driver who lives with his mother, wife and son. Sunil was recently diagnosed with a rare disease called Miller Fisher Syndrome, a nerve condition which is characterized by abnormal muscle coordination and paralysis of the eye muscles. In Sunil’s case, this disease has affected his vision and the coordination between his left and right eyes. This makes it impossible to continue his driving job (his only source of income) in the foreseeable future. Sunil is undergoing medical treatment which has costed his family more than 4 lakhs in medical bills already. Further treatment is required for many more months before Sunil will completely recover.
Sunil had chosen driving as his full-time profession two years back, to help repay debts that were incurred in his previous business. Meanwhile, his wife who works in a private firm has been running the entire household barely managing the expenses.
We make an earnest appeal to you to financially help Sunil and his family through this difficult times. Helping fund his treatment will help Sunil recover to get back to driving soon and support his family.
