    This fundraiser will benefit

    Mrs. Sharmila Jagdish Wankhede

    from Indore, Madhya Pradesh

She is Mrs. Sharmila Jagdish Wankhede who runs a small tea stall in Sanjana Park area of Indore City. Her son Rahul helps her in operating this stall in a 14 hour long shift. Sharmila Tai is running the tea stall in  this locality from last 12 years and it is the major source of income for her family. Her husband Mr. Jagdish Wankhede is an Auto-Rickshaw driver. Her family stays in a small shanty in Shanti Nagar slum of Musakhedi area. After so much hard work they hardly manages to save from their earnings to take care of the most urgent needs.

Last month, she has been diagnosed with a tumor in her uterus which could lead to cervical cancer if she does not get the treatment on time. Since then, it’s been a very difficult time for her family, particularly for her husband who is a rickshaw driver. The Histopathology, Sonography and other reports are enclosed herewith for the reference of donors. Her family has already spent all their savings in diagnosis and medicinal treatment.  Doctors have suggested for the operation to remove the tumor and cancerous tissue from the cervix. Though they do not have funds for the treatment of Sharmila tai her family is very scared with the feeling of losing her. Sharmila Tai urgently needs 5 lac rupees to undergo the surgery and bear her medical expenses. We as residents of Sanjana Park and Shalimar Palms are contributing financially to help her family create funds for her medical treatment, but the efforts are not sufficient.

I would like to use this platform to help Mrs. Sharmila Wankhede raise sufficient funds for her surgery and medical treatment. It is my humble request to donors to help this poor family by contributing generously. The amount need not be big. I request you to come forward and donate a some amount as your blessing to this family and share this story further with your family and friends. Your one share can get more donations for this poor family.

"Every little thing helps". A little effort from you could bring Sharmila Tai and her family out of this crisis.
