Savera Society For Human Initiatives (SSHI) is a not-for profit organisation meeting a critical need in Indian society.SSHI is an Indian  non governmental organisation implementing 24 point program focusing on Women Literacy, Health, Education, Environmental Protection, Biodiversity Conservation, Leprosy Eradication, Welfare of Women and Children, Youth Employment, and Social Justice.
We assisted thousands of vulnerable families and children since we began operating in 2009. We aim to help poor and needy, to work in every aspect humans can be benefited.
If we are to continue providing a wide range of social services, SSHI needs the financial assistance from individual, corporate donors, members, partners, volunteers and others.

Our Vision : Literate India for all;

 The target is that by 2030 youth and substantial Proportion of adults, both men and Women achieve literacy and numeracy.
Mission : To eradicate illiteracy, Poverty and drive Sustainable development.
Goal : To ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote  lifelong learning oopportunities for all. 

 Description :  

Literacy rate of India is 72.1 % below average world's literacy rate 86.3% as indicated by UNESCO Institute for Statistics(UIS) data 2015. Almost world's half illetrate population lives in India and two-third of them are female.

India's largest population state, Uttar Pradesh having nearly 200 million population and 67.68% literacy rate which is below average national literacy rate 74.04 % as of 2011 census.
Literacy is a fundamental human right and the foundation for lifelong learning. It is fully essential to social and human development in its ability to transform lives.                             Literacy helps eradicate poverty, reduce child mortality, curb population growth, achieve gender equality and ensure sustainable development, peace and democracy.
We support the promotion of literacy and literate environment as an integral part of lifelong learning and to keep literacy high on National Agenda. Though our literacy programs, advocacy work and knowledge base, the organization works to realize the vision of a Literate India for all. 
 There are 72 Districts, 821 Blocks and 106,773 Villages in Uttar Pradesh. Our aim is to establish a Literacy Center in each  block, but in the first phase of program, focus is on 35 blocks of 4 districts (Hapur, Ghaziabad, Bulandshahr, and Meerut)  in Uttar Pradesh where literacy rate is below State /National literacy rate. 

Budget :

Total number of District : 04

Total number of Blocks : 35 

Target Beneficiaries : 15 Lakh Adults aged above 15 years and above.
Amount required to establish a Literary Centre : One Lac
For 35 blocks, Amount required : 35 Lacs
Administrative Expenses 10% : 3.5 Lacs
Emoluments and other expenses : 6.5 Lacs

Total Budget : 45 Lacs 

Donation required : 40 Lacs

Rest amount of Rs. 5 Lacs will be beared by our organisation.
