#Changing Classroom Of A Government School

After the Successful running of "Divine School"(https://www.facebook.com/divineschoolLudhiana) initiative which we took 3 years ago to teach children of Slums in Ludhiana under the Supervision of Mr.Suryakant & Mr.Munish Dadhwal(Govt School teacher),We (students) are raising a campaign for providing basic infrastructure for children in Govt School, Nichi Mangli, Gobindgarh Village, Dist. Ludhiana, Punjab.

There are 250 children in the school, who don’t have desk to sit and water cooler to drink water when temperature rises to 45C in hot summers.

All teachers in Govt. School are also donating 10% of salary for children and we students are also saving some of our pocket money for these children, but we need your cooperation also to accomplish this task and bring smile to the faces of these children.

Just Imagine how hard it would be for these kids to sit on floor in extremely cold weather in winters.
These Children lives in adverse poverty and all of them are Malnutritioned.

Instead of waiting for Government to Fix these things, why not we THE UPCOMING FACE OF INDIA should come forward and accept our responsibility for society and give new dimensions to our nation.
Let’s share happiness with those who really need our support this Diwali and make this Diwali season memorable for these children.
So let us save some money from burning crackers and donate them for shinning the future of these budding flowers.

Total number of Children: 250
Number of desk required: 125
Estimated Cost per desk: ₹1500
Estimated Total Cost for desk: 125 X 1500 = ₹187500
Number of water cooler: 2
Estimated Cost per water cooler: ₹50000
Estimated Total Cost for Water coler: 2 X 50000 = ₹100000
Estimated Total cost required: ₹287500 (Two Lakhs Eighty Seven Thousand Five Hundred)

Dear Supporters,

Thank you for the wonderful support. With the blessings of Elders and Support of Donors, we installed 38 Desk at Government Primary School, Gobindgarh, Ludhiana. Our target is to purchase 125 desks but as per the availability of funds, we managed to purchase 38. Thanks all for supporting us in this campaign.
