Britto kumar is a 24 year old contract labor working in our company, Dalmia Refractories limited, Dalmiapuram, Trichy 

Britto kumar is  presently on CAPD and being prepared for Kidney Transplant. He will be treated under Dr. Vel Arvind, Frontline hospital Trichy. 

Britto is the only earning member of his 5 member family, last year he has lost his father and surviving with his Three college going sisters and mother. He has been suffereing from kidney related problems last few years but currently he is in a last stage where he has to undergo transplant as early as possible. He belongs to a poor family and hardly earns Rs 5000 to 6000 a month. He desperatly needs your help in financing his Kidney rtransplant. His mothor will be the donor for this kidney transplant operation.

The funds raised here will go towards the kidney transplant operation. To ensure transparency, the funds will go directly to the hospital and you will be updated about Britto's health. 

Britto has a cronic kidney desease or end stage renal desease, presently on CAPD, a form of RPT and being prepared for renal transplant.
