Arisha is a three year old girl recovering from a major heart surgery and needs a bone marrow harvest. She is also victim to a rare disease known as Red Cell Aplasia.
She requires a bone marrow transplant from an unrelated donor to be cured of this disease. Doctors of Narayana Hrudayalaya in Bengaluru have given an estimate of Rs.25-30 lakh for this procedure. Her parents have been travelling frequently from Cuttack, Odisha to Bengaluru for treatment. They are helpless and cannot afford the massive amount. They are in a desperate search to get financial support and have been mentally traumatized seeing their daughter’s plight.
