Hello,
I had been feeding a pack of stray dogs in my area when someone started poisoning and killing the animals for reasons unknown. The dogs were extremely friendly, well-behaved and mostly quiet unless spooked by wandering snakes, noisy people and such. The poisoning took place on 3 different days and we lost a total of 5 dogs. In order to prevent loss of additional life and provide proper medical care to the dogs that had already ingested the poison I decided to bring them home. Once in good health they were also put up for adoption. 5 puppies were even taken in by loving families. The rest 12 have been staying with me in my flat since December 2017.
The problem is that generally people are not very open to adopting street dogs, let alone adult indies. Putting them in a shelter is also not a viable option because they take hefty monthly fees per dog. There are a few kind people who have been helping with the dog feed a few times a week, I have employed additional domestic help for keeping the space clean and walking part of the dogs but even so, caring after 12 dogs in a small flat is no easy feat. There is also pressure from the members of the residential complex I stay in to get the dogs out.
After careful consideration I have decided to rent a farm land near my house. The dogs will be able to get out of the cramped flat and have plenty of free space to roam around in and a lot of societal and financial burden will be reduced for me as well.
What I need help with is the following costs before the land becomes fit for the dogs to shift in:

What I need help with is the following costs before the land becomes fit for the dogs to shift in:
- A fence around the plot
- A shelter with two different compartments for the males and females
- A septic tank
- Bore well drilling and electric connections for lights and installation of ACs/coolers for summer
