My name is Narasimha Rao and I am here to fundraise funds for my 6 months old son Jayanthu. He is diagnosed with Budd-Chiari disease and needs to undergo Liver Transplantation Surgery. He is admitted in Rainbow Children's Hospital for the same. The total estimated package for the liver transplant surgery is Rs. 18 lacs.
