Sai Kumar’s dad left them when he was a kid. He, along with his mother and younger sister live near SBI Bukkapatnam in Anantapur district of Andhra Pradesh. His mom has been working very hard for the last 15 years to provide for their family. They own a small hotel in Bukkapatnam and she made sure that both her kids finish their graduation.

The kids did finish their studies with flying colors. But, the family’s dreams came crashing down when Sai Kumar fell unconscious and slipped into a coma. After graduation, Sai Kumar wanted to help his mom in running the family as she was getting old and it has become difficult for her to provide further. He was determined to get a government job and he is passionate about teaching, so he decided to write and crack the Andhra Pradesh DSC exam.

He was studying very hard for the exam and was feeling very stressed for the past few months and this mental stress made his nerves in the brain burst, this lead to a blood-clot in the brain, this has caused him to go into a coma.
