Help Saheed To Study Medicine

hello everyone my name is saheed i am from hyderabad telangana state. i am hear to raise fund for my mbbs cource i got the mbbs  seat in deccan medical college hyderabad in b catygory with my position in merit list with few marks i missed my a-catygory seat. my seat (b-cat) costs 14 lacks per year i am getting bank loan for three years only. so need help for 2 years fee which is          14*2=28 lacks they are asking to show bank guarantee for 5 years which we can not. other wise they are asking to pay 2 year complete fee. but the bank will provide fee  yearly only. so please support me please
