Help NAATA Transform a Village

Today, on International Environment Day, NAATA Foundation is proud to announce her pet project - Sacred Trees. Under Sacred Trees we aim to plant and maintain 1,00,000 saplings by 5th June, 2018.

While Sacred Trees will primarily focus on planting AND maintaining saplings in and around Mumbai, we will also explore other environmental avenues such as clean up drives, supporting local farmers, and awareness campaigns. Sacred Trees will be associated with other NGO's and also BMC to bring back the lost greenery.

We will send you before and after images of your sapling and the area it's planted in.

Do not hesitate to show us i.e. fellow earthlings some love. Your encouragement and support will keep us going.

The best time to plant a sapling was 20 years ago. The next best time is now. - Chinese proverb.

Dear Supporters,

Thank you, everyone, for the brilliant support Sacred Trees has received. It's been a great journey - Sacred Trees made news in the Indian papers, radio and even won an award!

Proud to share with you that the village where the pilot project for Sacred Trees had begun, is now a full-fledged home to a fruit orchard providing a steady and sustainable source of income to the villagers!

In all, 80,000 trees were planted in these 6 months.

We will continue the work and hope we've managed to plant a seed in you too.
There is no planet B.

Love,
Sacred Trees Team
