While running has been a passion for long now. I never linked it to the good causes I believe in. One of them being, buying gifts for Terminally Ill Kids / kids at the Make a Wish Foundation (Mumbai).
Request and the Promise: I request you to please generously donate to the same cause and / or share this post with as many groups and friends as possible. If a person donates a size-able amount, the gifts would have your name or short message. I'l also upload an 'almost dead' me at the end of the run picture on Facebook..
The Concept and Appeal: I would be running at the Pune Marathon happening on December 03, 2017 (I do not know how, with a 10-8 job, but yeah the full 42 Kilometers!). I want each kilometer that I run, to spread at least one smile and need your generous donations to do so. For instance, Mr. A may chose to donate Rs. 50 for each kilometer that I am running, amounting to a total donation of Rs. 2100. Or Mr. A might chose to donate a specific number in his mind, say Rs. 1000. One visit to a pub, club, KFC, or a McDonald costs you more than the money required to spread a smile. I would literally end up dehydrated and risking my kidneys and much more - Marathon Running
