Dear All, My name is Ravi Gangavarapu and I am raising funds for medical treatment of my wife and infant baby, my wife Lakshmi Priya G is suffering from Common Variable Immune Deficiency (COVID) and is currently undergoing treatment at KIMS Hospital, Minister Road, Hyderabad.

She had tested positive during 7 months of pregnancy and was admitted to the hospital with difficulty in breathing. Due to complexities and criticality in patient condition and COVID treatment, doctors performed C-Section, premature baby boy was delivered on July 2nd, 2021, and had to be admitted to NICU for life support.

Doctors diagnosed that 80% of Lakshmi Priya’s Lungs were affected due to infection, which continues to spread rapidly, immediate ventilation support was administered and she is under medication. Infant baby is on incubator and doctors have advised 6 weeks incubation for infant recovery.

The cost of treatment for mother and infant is approximately 2 lakhs per day for medication and treatment. I have exhausted all my savings and borrowings, an estimated sum of rupees 30 lakhs is required for medical treatment and recovery of mother and infant.
