This is for the social cause. My name is Riya Gupte and I am from Pune. My niece cannot speak but can hear in some percentage. She did her education and was searching for job but in-spite of a lot of efforts, she is not able to get a job. I want to start a social work  of cotton bags and which will be run by her which will help society in two ways.
1. Employment to deaf and dumb people.
2. Saving environment by using cloth bags.

In this social welfare society we will take only deaf and dumb girls whoever will train and they will make bags. We will have marketing department who will bring work to us. The funds will be used for:
Initial materiel
Space
Salary
Marketing
Other expenses

So I hope we can raise some funds to start something which can help people like her. Please support this initiate as much as possible.
