Why am I fundraising?

Chennai (TamilNadu, India) is facing heavy rainfall over the last month it has been increased to highest level in the last 100 years and the people are really suffering to move around / buy things and have lost many things. This is the worst rainfall in chennai in the last 100 years as you can see in the Media and I hear from my friends and relatives living in Chennai. 

What do I plan to do with the funds?

This money would be provided to an NGO to undertake relief measures and assist some part of people in Chennai to bring their life to bit of normal state even if not for full normal state as before.  This money would be spent on people to get basic amenities / school books for children / food / any other need items, so we can restore their life to bit of normal state.

I am a strong believer of creating positive impact to the society we live in. As we have seen in the media and physically by many people, people in chennai are terribly impacted.

Yes, for sure. Little drops of water make an ocean. Would ensure this money really goes to an NGO who contributes to the cause of the project.
