Hello friends, this is Ajay Parmar. Today i want help from you all.

My little brother Sanjay Kumar is suffering from ESRD (End Stage Renal Disease) and his health is deteriorating day by day. His creatinine level is 6.66 and increasing rapidly. Currently, he is undergoing medical treatment at Aadhar Health Institute, Hisar, Haryana. Doctors have advised Kidney transplant which is a costly process. My mother is donating her one kidney to save my brother's life at her own risk of life. Estimated cost of the transplantation is 8.5 lakh rupees depending upon the process goes smoothly. Post transplantation expenses are too high (around 25000 per month for about 10-12 months) around 2 to 3 lakh for 1 year which makes total cost around 10-11 lakh rupees. We have already spent around 2 lakh rupees on tests, donor matching processes and all. My father had also undergone bypass Heart surgery 2 years back so we are not financially capable for this transplantation.
So i request all of you to please help me in raising this fund for My little brother's Kidney transplant and save his life.

नमस्कार दोस्तों, ये हैं अजय परमार। आज मुझे आप सभी से मदद चाहिए। मेरा छोटा भाई संजय कुमार ईएसआरडी (एंड स्टेज रीनल डिजीज) से पीड़ित है और उसका स्वास्थ्य दिन-ब-दिन बिगड़ता जा रहा है। उनका क्रिएटिनिन लेवल 6.66 है और तेजी से बढ़ रहा है। वर्तमान में, उनका आधार स्वास्थ्य संस्थान, हिसार, हरियाणा में उपचार चल रहा है। डॉक्टरों ने किडनी ट्रांसप्लांट की सलाह दी है जो एक महंगी प्रक्रिया है। मेरी मां अपनी जान जोखिम में डालकर मेरे भाई की जान बचाने के लिए अपनी एक किडनी दान कर रही हैं। प्रक्रिया के सुचारू रूप से चलने के आधार पर प्रत्यारोपण की अनुमानित लागत 8.5 लाख रुपये है। प्रत्यारोपण के बाद का खर्च बहुत अधिक है (लगभग 10-12 महीनों के लिए प्रति माह लगभग 25000) 1 वर्ष के लिए लगभग 2 से 3 लाख, जिससे कुल लागत लगभग 10-11 लाख रुपये आती है। हम पहले ही करीब 2 लाख रुपये टेस्ट, डोनर मैचिंग प्रोसेस और सभी पर खर्च कर चुके हैं। मेरे पिता की भी 2 साल पहले बाईपास हार्ट सर्जरी हुई थी इसलिए हम इस प्रत्यारोपण के लिए आर्थिक रूप से सक्षम नहीं हैं। इसलिए मैं आप सभी से अनुरोध करता हूं कि कृपया मेरे छोटे भाई के किडनी ट्रांसप्लांट के लिए यह फंड जुटाने में मेरी मदद करें और उसकी जान बचाएं।
