I am Ranjana and this fundraising is for me . I am 79 and a widow. I have been deteced with Obstructive Cancer in the Bile Duct and need to undergo Whipple Surgery, a major surgery to remove it. The surgery and post operative care and medication to sustain will will cost approximately 6,50,000 rupees

I have been an English teacher for nearly 45 years now helping my students acheive their dreams and forge a strong career path ahead. Through my hard work and dedication to my passion of teaching I aim towards helping many more!

My husband suffered from Kidney Failure hence I exhausted all my resources and savings. Curently staying with my daughter and her family who have been going through a major financial crisis.

My operation was due on the 16th of July. The funds that would be raised here for me will be used for the operation, pre-operative and post-operative care. I require the amount at the earliest to be able to undergo the operation and continue to persue my passion.
