I hope this post finds you in the best of your health. We need your help to raise funds for the medical treatment of a beloved friend, Md. Rameez. He is 29 years old and lives in Bengaluru, Karnataka with his parents. We both worked at the same company and I have known him for the past many years. In the meantime, we have bonded close enough to call ourselves family.

He tested Covid 19 positive last month and has been sick for the past 26 days. He was admitted to ICU care on 11th May and has been on a ventilator since the 16th. Until now, his family has spent about Rs. 15,00,000 on his treatment. The amount was arranged from their savings & loans. Rameez is still in a critical stage and is currently undergoing ECMO treatment. This treatment needs to be done for 10 days.

In the next 30 days, we need close to Rs. 40,00,000 more for further treatment. Details of this fund are mentioned at the end of this post. He has been brave throughout and has been putting up a strong fight during this time. We, as his friends are trying to do our best and help his family bear the expenses of the treatment.
