This post is about SAMANT MAJHI (28), who is an ex-student of JNV Koraput, Odisha and is currently pursing his PhD from Ravenshaw University. He has been diagnosed with AML (Acute Myeloid Leukemia) which is known as BLOOD CANCER in general term and was being treated at SCB hospital (Hematology department), Cuttack. The primary treatment which is chemotherapy has been already done and after which he suffered from PANCYTOPENIA (low hemoglobin, low platelet---> bleeding tendency, low leukocyte count--> infection). Doctors have confirmed that he will have to go for BMT (bone marrow transplant) which will cost around 20-25 lac. He is currently in ICU at SCB hospital Cuttack, having Acute Renal Failure (Kidney Failure).
As he belongs to a financially unstable family where he is the only son and his father Sanamunda Majhi is a farmer and doesn’t earn a handsome amount I seek financial help from people with a compassionate heart for his treatment. Please find below the bank detail for your kind help. Please donate to save a precious life.
Your support and prayers can give him a new life.
