I want to paint a Municipal School and create interactive learning

I am doing Gandhi Fellowship, I work with the municipal schools in Thane.
School is an interactive space where learning of a child happens not just in class but in every space where child interacts.
Now question comes, are such empty walls giving them opportunity to learn?
I believe they can..
This school is in Waghbill village, where majority students are from migrant families living at marginal livelihoods. In this Eco-system we want to bring happiness on faces of kids by making their school a dream world.
Once we have fund, we as a group of volunteers will gather along with teachers and kids and paint the school with beautiful pictures that would make kids Curious and Imaginative.
Also we would paint learning support aids on floors, doors and staircase so that kids could learn while playing.
Some direct outcome of this action that we observed in our previous project were
1) Increase in school attendance.
2) Positive Environment towards teaching.
3) Improvement in learning level of kids.
Help us... This world is a beautiful place and believe; Happiness is contagious.
Smile!
