Our Story
We made a humble beginning with just 2 people and toyed with the idea of training blind resources on industry specific skills aimed at employing them in the industry.
We approached local companies to get an insight of the kind of jobs /skills that they require.
Thereafter we sought their assistance in designing and developing a course curriculum to meet the specific need.
Thereafter the training methodology was tweaked to accommodate the specific needs of blind and integrate necessary software to enable their training. We have come a long way
Today there are more than 300 disabled people who are employed and over 45 are undergoing training at our centre presently. The program has become popular as it provides livelihood and reduces dependence on charities.
