Hello Friends, I am Hitesh Kashiyani.
My Son Pragnesh, 24 Years, Married Is Diagnosed With Dilated Cardiomyopathy ( Heart Not Functioning Properly). The Doctors From FORTIS HOSPITAL, MUMBAI has Advised Heart Transplant As Soon As Possible. For The Same I Need Funds Urgently.
The Total Estimated Cost For The Operation Is Rs.2500000/- & Post Surgery Rs. 25000/- Per Month For Atleast 3 Years.
For The First Stage I Need Rs.1500000/- Which Will Be Deposited In The Hospital For Registering As A Heart Receiver. As Soon As The Heart Is received The Remaining Amount Has To Be Deposited In The Hospital.
