Pragati aims to provide quality holistic education to underprivileged students in Gurgaon, India for their overall development and to help them face challenges of the world. At present, they have 440 students located in 3 school buildings. These students are usually wards of daily wage workers without access to schools due to lack of money. Pragati brings these students together and provides them an inclusive primary education (kindergarten to fifth grade/class) free of cost. Pragati also helps these students with meals, books, medical checkups, stationery items and school uniforms, winter clothes, shoes etc.
Any contribution that goes to Pragati will be utilised for adding more classrooms to accomodate more students, pay salaries to additional teachers, maintain the existing schools and setup audio-video aids for enhancing computer based education to these students.
