Save Amit from Scrub Typhus Disease

Amit Sharma, 35, sincere, affectionate and hard-working individual; son of Late. Ashok Sharma and Smt. Kusum Lata; a permanent resident of Beghampur, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi; a middle-class, salaried employee with Adglobal360 in Gurgaon; was diagnosed with scrub typhus metabolic encephalopathy (multi-organ involvement post CPR status with seizure disorder) a few days back which is a severe condition. Despite his diligence, he and his family do not have the wherewithal for his treatment. He has been showing signs of recovery and can be treated provided we mobilize the resources. He is currently undergoing treatment at Max Super Speciality Hospital, Saket. Any change in his medical care might diminish the likelihood of his full recovery. Please help us in raising funds to bring him back on his feet.

Dear Supporters,

Your help and prayers have helped Amit pull through the life-threatening condition. His mother and doctors are nursing him back to health. He has been recuperating and will get well again with time and proper medical care. Doctors have weaned him off the ventilator. He is now conscious and responsive. Although the heavy medication renders him drowsy throughout the day. He spoke to his mother for a bit.

Doctors are yet to do some tests to check the functioning of his kidneys. But rest of the organs are working fine now. This is a spark of hope. May this spark light up your life. Happy Diwali to all of you.

Regards,
Amit's Colleague
