At Bangalore Hospice Trust - Karunashraya, we welcome advanced stage cancer patients with compassion to help them spend remaining days of their life in the idyllic surrounding of our hospice.

To make their life pain free, comfortable and peaceful we are involved in  a range  of palliative care activities that include home care and inpatient care  provide compassionate palliative care for people with a life-limiting illness, and those important to them, through quality medical, emotional, spiritual and social support.  

Our goal is to provide the best possible palliative care to advanced stage
cancer patients during their stay in BHT- Karunashraya, by creating  a supportive environment for individuals who are battling cancer and are at the end stage of their lives and also provide necessary support to patients’ families during this difficult period.

BHT- Karunashraya is dependent on donations to provide support to advanced stage cancer patients and their families, since all its services are free of cost. To ensure best quality In-patient care, the organization requires support from corporates, foundations and individuals. 

The cost involved in providing free In-patient care for 75 beds per day is INR 1, 21, 950/-. The amount we are raising through this campaign is towards the expense for 12 days. The funds will be used for daily  medical and food expenses of the advanced stage cancer patients.
