We are opening DISTEMPER AND PARVO UNIT in GHAZIABAD, UTTAR PRADESH...
This special initiative is especially for those puppies who die miserable death as we don't have any unit who keeps these puppies and give them necessary treatment and they die on road because they don't receive any treatment.
Every month we used to receive 5-6 calls for distemper affected kids. Since, it was always very heart wrenching to say "NO" to these most critical patients. We started with a small place for keeping these kids and giving them treatment. We used to take one at a time for treatment. In the last year's duration, we have 5 successful out of 8 total cases received with distemper disease.
Distemper and parvo kids are very unfortunate as these are highly communicable diseases and most of the time due to this communicable problem from one to another very easily, they usually don't receive any treatment as there are no isolated places to accommodate them for treatment.
We have a mission to help these puppies to survive and fight the diseases, for this we have planned and arranged a piece of land to open distemper and parvo unit for these kids in Ghaziabad.
We want your help as without your help we will not be able to move a single step ahead.
We are raising Rs. 2.5 lacs for the construction work, which includes the boundary of a tin shed, which will require at least
1) 55 construction sheets costing 1500 each, plus
2) Iron angles/ pipes: 110 pieces costing approx 800 each piece, plus
3) Bamboos for connection, 200 pieces will be required which would cost approx 250 each piece, and
4) Rest 80,000/- (bricks, cement, concrete, lantern, etc.) for constructing two hall-type rooms for keeping kids inside them, one kitchen, one toilet and barricading areas for a different level of treatment, category wise.
