Hi All,
It was a dream come true for a few youngsters, fresh out of college and ready to make a mark in the real world. The passion and enthusiasm which they showed while acting on stage in their college days has been never ending and this in turn led to the formation of ‘Ranga Vartula’, a theatre group newly into the profession, but ready to make an impact.
We a group of theatre enthusiasts from the team Ranga Vartula are collaborating with the filmmakers from the Motion Picture Institute of Michigan, Detroit to explore the possibilities of Visaul Media with our very first short movie production "NIRVANA".
NIRVANA is short movie based on the short story by the same name by Sri. Vivek Shanbhag from his much acclaimed short story collection "Ghachar Ghochar".
NIRVANA will be directed by Ashray Dravidian who has completed his Masters in Film Direction from Motion Picture Institute of Michigan. His thesis film Asphyxia won 6 awards in local and International film festivals and his recent short film Interlude is on festival circuit now.
